Heating systems
Our heating systems include aerial or basal heating powered by diesel, gas, biomass, or alternative energy. The solutions designed for large-scale greenhouses include a technical area featuring the most important parts of the system, such as boilers, burners, pumps, and collectors.
Heat distribution can be through hot air or water, tailored to the needs and characteristics of the system. The design of the whole structure is carried out meeting the necessary agronomic and climatic needs.
Cooling systems
In particular climate zones, like desert areas, it is necessary to employ cooling and air treatment systems equipped with evaporative panels, air extractors, and chillers. These solutions are thought for significant temperature reduction, enabling the production of specific crops, which would otherwise be impossible. Another type of cooling system is known as fog system.
Irrigation and fertigation systems
We offer various types of irrigation systems such as: sprinklers, sliding bars, drip, flow/reflux, and floating systems.
Fertigation centers, when needed, are custom-designed and built by our engineers employing the latest technologies.
Soilless cultivation
These structures are increasingly spreading in crop production. They are based on the use of inert substrates, like rock wool or coconut fiber, and require the installation of particular gutters. Soilless cultivation is suitable for tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, and berries. In floriculture and nurseries, the implementation of flow/reflux and floating systems on both fixed and moving pallets enables to reach excellent results.
Insulation and shading systems
These structures have several different functions, as they enhance thermal insulation and reduce internal radiation. This results in significant economic benefits, by cutting energy consumption, and the right level of light and energy inside the greenhouse.
Based on systems’ specific use, you can choose the most suitable cover for your needs, including insulation, shading, or combined structures. They are all automatic and can be installed either under horizontal ties or along walls.
Up and Down System
This handling system is equipped with movable cultivation gutters that alternately raise and lower facilitating work on dual production lines. Its gutters’ height can be adjusted according to operators’ needs to streamline their activities. Furthermore, this system enables doubling plant cultivation per square meter compared to traditional methods.
