Greenhouses heating: the thermogenerator.

Europrogress, for the greenhouses heating, offers a wide range of hanging, wheeled and turret thermogenerators for agricultural and industrial use.
To better spread the greenhouses heating coming out of the mouth of the thermogenerators, air circulators and destratifiers can be effectively installed or tubular in film properly perforated.

Thermogenerators

The thermogenrator is used for the greenhouse heating and its potentiality varies, in different manufactured models, from 30,000 up to 300,000 Kcal/h and can be obtained with every kind of liquid or gas.
Hanging, wheeled or turret models are provided. 
Centrifugal or helicoidal ventilation (noiseless, ideal for gardens or points of sales).

HANGING thermogenerators

Provided with helicoidal fans, three-phase voltage, LPG, fuel or methane gas burner
Digital environment thermostat, stainless steel chimney, back exhaust fume exit, frame designed for exhaust tube suspension.

Air Circulators and Destratifiers

Thanks to the high air rate,which was studied to achieve the greatest efficiency at the lowest of the electric consumption, the fan is an excellent and cheap air destratifiers for the management of the greenhouse heating.
It is very important that,heat be evenly spread on the whole covered surface of the greenhouse in order to achieve a proper and homogenous crop maturity.

Cooling System

In order to achieve a remarkable cooling during hot seasons inside a greenhouse, it is essential to use a system allowing the heat absorption during the evaporation process.

The humidification of the greenhouse can be realized by a cooling system according to the climatic conditions of waters and crops.
Thel cooling system is made up of evaporizing panels formed by a porous coil crossed by water; the extractors, placed in front of the panels, generate an air forced movement through the humid surface of the panel and allow the humidity increase inside the greenhouse.

Basal Heating

Wellness and heat uniformity inside the whole greenhouse for maturing homogeneity of crops, by removing heat stratification.
For the management of greenhouse heating the installation is realize under the growing plan: on the ground basal and hanging benches, by using warm water feed pipes in polyethylene.

Thermal Control Units

The thermal control units are realized according to the requested heat need and designed according to the regulations in force.
The burners used are for any kind of combustible.

Fog System

The fog system is composed by no.3 development typologies:

low pressure (3-7 bar),
high pressure (70 bar),
very high pressure (120 bar).
This system provides an effective solution to the humidification of big sultivated surfaces. The fog system  can be profitably used to create the ideal microclimate in the environment even under conditions of natural or forced ventilation.
In summer, the evaporation of micro-drops cools the greenhouse, by exploiting the adiabatic evaporation principle and, at the same time, by humidifying the environment in case of low relative humidity.

In winter, the fog system restores the right humidity rate, by avoiding the dehydration of the crops resulting from the action of the greenhouse heating installations.

The microclimate generated by the fog system is ideal for the most delicate crops, where it is not possible to use more conventional soaking, such as, e.g. the propagation, the production of seedlings, the cultivation of tropical and flowering plants.
